Carmen Virginia Pina is an immigration attorney currently serving as Supervising Attorney. She has more than eight years of experience representing individuals in both removal defense and affirmative matters. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with vulnerable populations, including adults with cognitive limitations, ensuring access to legal services and due process protections. Her experience includes litigation before immigration courts, case management, supervision of legal teams, and the development of strategies to serve diverse immigrant communities. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and cooking in her free time.
