About me
Marty Orozco is a longtime Public Benefits lawyer, currently serving as the Litigation Director for Public Benefits & Outreach at Lone Star Legal Aid. Marty is in her 26th year at legal aid with her work focused on low-income Texans and their economic insecurity, access to healthcare and food insecurity. She is a 2008 recipient of the Impact Award from the Poverty Law Section for her work on access to SNAP for elderly Texans. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and South Texas College of Law.
