Thursday September 3, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am CDT
ChatGPT and other generative AI tools both taketh and giveth to tenants.  Inaccuracies and imprecision work against tenants’ interest in stable, safe, and sanitary housing--all while making life more challenging for legal aid housing attorneys attempting to advise and advocate for tenants.

However, tenants and legal aid attorneys alike have never had more access to powerful tools capable of legal research, document drafting, and technical information about the civil justice system.

What’s a legal aid housing attorney to do? Bring your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to this interactive session to develop strategies and tactics for navigating the current AI age in Texas landlord-tenant.
